evolve golf epoch or zero friction?

I've played and had success with both tees. Just wondering if anyone thinks one is truly better.

IMOP all tees are equal. They do not help the ball go further or take side spin off. With that being said, I use the Zero Friction because they don't break. I can use one tee for the whole round. I hate searching in the bag for a tee all the time...

Yep. I have yet to break a Zero Friction, including with irons. Epochs can crack on the first shot. Waste of money...period.

 

Zero Friction is the way to go.

Had both, and would vote for zf hands down. I broke probably 5 epochs in probably 10 swings...zf = none.

 

I also use them on the driving range in the rubber tees that holds regular tees in them, I would snap the epoches on EVERY swing and the zf's none so far.

 

 

 

Plus the price comparison is hands down zf!

I have just discovered ZF tees. No real performance advantage but 460cc drivers really do seem to eat tess but the ZF tees hold up a long long time.

Zero Friction are unbelievable.

 

Friend gave me one in January and i've lost it since then but i have yet to break one in 6 months. sometimes i lose them and i give out freebies to friend but i have never heard of anyone really breaking one.

I agree with everyone above, zero friction are great! I haven't broke one yet. I can't say they make the ball go futher though.

a tee is a tee in terms of ballflight. but, the zero friction tees are great if your teeing ground is not real hard. they just don't break. those are the ones i'm using. my swing "saws" the top right off the evolves. no comparsion whatsoever. longevity aside, i prefer a wooden tee.

I hate to be a bearer of bad news: but i have broken 3 zero friction and countless epoch's. I would definately give the edge to the zero friction, though I still do appreciate a wooden tee.

Used Epoch, and my swing always seems to break the tee in half or it will break off one of the "arms" at the top of the tee. Just ordered some ZF tees to try, hope they last longer.

Zero Friction never ever break. You'll have the occasional "where the hell did it go?" but never a busted one. My wife tried those ridiculous brush tees last week. Urgghhhhh those things were just horrible. watch out for gimmicky tees, they really don't do anything, probably do more harm than good.

Zero Frictions. I think I've had the same 5 tees in my bag all summer. I use broken wood tees for iron shots. Never broken a ZF when teeing up with driver or 3W.

 

I actually found two ZF tees at the range last Summer. I used them for 2 months. Two tees! Figured I'd buy a package of them and be set for years to come! What a great product! Let's just hope they don't do the old "planned obsolescense" trick and make them so they break now... :drinks:

Another vote for the zero friction, I've played 8 rounds of golf and several practice hours just with one tee! Unbelievable... I've never tried out the evolve but I will never buy new tees...

ZF! just a great product. i only lose them to my friends.

Zero Friction. Been using them for about six months and haven't broken a single tee
