I Like the look of that driver. Just had a quick scout on the web for Orka as I had'nt heard of them before, nice to see there a UK company also, they do some irons also particuarly the RS1.

The driver is very very good, sits nice feels solid and goes well too, just as good any other top branded driver I've hit. Its so good I found my dad a High lofted KII version which he loves too.
It's keeping my X460 tour out my bag. I really like the latest PVD versions !!!

And here's the 909h, has a Graphite Design YS-H shaft, goes like a dream.

nice set up. i have the same hybrid which i love and i agree with others that the mx20's are great.
they were a model i used many moons ago and were one of the best if not the best i used, good mix of forgiveness and feel.

Added a [u]John Letters Trilogy "Rusty" 60 Lob Wedge[/u] to the collection this month which was a total bargain and I have a "Cleveland Tour Action 2 Iron" on the way !!

And have SOLD the TaylorMade R7 Quad TP 9.5 T/M TP Diamana BlueBoard 83g , and the Taylor Made 200 Steel 3 Wood.[got decent Money]

I've also Demo'd the Rocketballz Driver which I quite liked...tempting...but atm the old Favorite Cobra driver is going great, but the Orka is mis-behaving.. =0(

[b]Here's APRILS bag...the new [size="3"]Cleveland DST[/size] is working so well I've parted company with the Orka KII and Callaway X460 backup drivers.
Using the Pink Stepped tee's I seem to find the middle of this DST driver 8/10 times.

I really wish it would stop raining here in th south of the UK driving me MAD.
Anyway, The 2 iron has been fitted with the Fit Shaft, however when I have played the Titleist 909h is being nailed eveytime what a Fab club must be one of the Best Hybrids out there.

The Cleveland 4 iron is back in the bag and the Mizuno Fli Hi back out.
Sold the John Letters 60 Lob as it would never displace the ELK.

Now having sold my ORKA Kii driver after buying a Cleveland DST my Dad also handed me his ORKA Kii[b] HL [/b]having also brought a new driver himself. So its been sat around so I took it out to the Range last Saturday. (This model has a Blue ProLaunch) now I should have taken my gamer also to compare but I didn't. Anyway needless to say I hot the ORKA well, in fact Very Well, now I know the HL is High loft but the hang time and the distance seem great. So next time I'm out there Will be TWO drivers in the bag !

I think High loft Drivers could be the way forward !

The evolution continues, took delivery of an Adams Fast 10 3wood and a 5wood both with Matrix shaft.
I'll see how they compare to my current setup.

These things are so straight, both the three / Five wood seems to get excellent length too and are easy to hit off the fairways. Both are in the BAG !

good stuff nudge,not tried the Adams but have the Titleist hybrids in 17 and 21 degree with voodoo shafts.

This year for me the [b]Titleist 909h [/b]has been the Best club in the Bag. Hit some excellent shots with it last week, its been so consistant and the Goto club. My Old T /made Dual rescue was pretty good but this [b]909h [/b]is amazing.

The [b]Adams Speedline Fast 10[/b]'s are doing well, very easy to use. I love the shape of the head actually the shape is very similar to my [b]Makser TW400[/b] 5 wood (which I'll will never part company with). The Speedlines also perform well with the key being they are consistant, very seldom do get the big pull or push.
So its looking like the X-Hot will need to be sold. My temporary dable with a HL driver has ended, so its back with the [b]Cleveland DST [/b]for the Driver. CG Red's for the Irons and 2x Eidolon wedges. The Titleist ELK and Mizuno FLi-hi first reserves.

The [b]Callaway X-hot 3[/b] wood has been Sold and the [b]Orka HL [/b]driver has also gone now and maybe the Face Balanced putters are next...!

I had a putter fitting session over the weekend, which analysed my putting stroke. It would seem that the results point to the fact I have a slight arc in my stroke, meaning I'm more suited Mid Hang putter. I had the Face Balanced (Scotty Phantom & Yes Emma) and Toe Hang (Odyssey #2) tested. The pro produced a Mid hang putter (T/made WhiteSmoke) and the results amazing, I canned all the puts from 5/6 feet opposed to the others which I missed a few with, it was mentioned I might be fighting against the face balanced ones (especially from long range). Usually the Odyssey works better at long range, I found this a very usuful excercise. Best start saving for a new short stick!

So the Scotty Cameron Phantom Mallet has been sold and Replaced with a TaylorMade WhiteSmoke IN-74 with the Pure Roll Insert and Centre Shaft. (Mid Hang)

I found the Insert in the WhiteSmoke to be slightly softer than the Ghost, I liked the Ghost SE-62 (aka Ping Zing or Odyssey #2) also but I felt the In-74 was the better option especially from 5-6ft.

So the WhiteSmoke IN-74 is in the bag.

Tried the mashie, what a fab club. Love the rails, so I'm selling the Adams and going back the faithful Makser 5 wood. I also managed to pick up Another driver. A Nike machspeed black with fubuki shaft, went nice on the simulator, now to the course.

In the bag from last weekend, all temp greens due to weather. Played quite well with Srixon Z star in yellow.
The Mashie is working well seems to promote confidence off tee and deck, Love the retro looks really happy with woods atm.

Currently have a couple of backup Drivers Cleveland DST Diamana & Cobra Comp 414, My Dad is using my Old Mizuno T-zoid wood so no backup fairways left now. Thinned out the putters, sold the Yes! Emma & N.C. Voodoo leaving the Odyssey #2 as backup.
When the Weather improves the Eidolon 52, 56 Wedges will come back in, I seem to having a build up of 6 Wedges now covering lofts of 52,54,56 (twice), 58, 61.

Nice bag. Tried those irons myself a while ago and are really solid. Where do you play your golf? Uk weather sucks. I seem to always be at work when the weather is half decent lately.

Hampshire in the South of England, we have some nice courses here. The Irons play well, although they are not the best lookers. I've always fancied the look of the CG2's or the CG1's. watch this space

Today I recieved a brand new [b]Ben Hogan Colonial 52* [/b]Gap wedge head. I had the 52 & 60 a few years back and I really liked them, not sure why I sold 'em.

For the moment the Snakes Eyes 655TM Sand Iron is back in the bag with the Callaway Jaws CC, they are fairly close in lofts but using the Jaws in the greenside bunkers and the 655TM for fuller shots. The Nickent is back on the bench.. Only got a choice of 8 Wedges ...now

Got a Vokey shaft installed in the Ben Hogan Colonial 52* Wedge( Plus a Lamkin Crossline Grip) which should sit between the CG Red PW(46*) and Callaway Jaws 58*.
Giving me a 6 degree gap each way and the Fli-Hi is back in the bag for the 4 Iron.
Managed this years low round so far of 76 with only 28 putts which was very pleasing

First off well Done JUSTIN ROSE winning the US Open. He used to Live in our neck of the wood and was educated at the same Secondary/High School where my Eldest son goes. He is a Credit to the Game and is fully deserving of his first Major!

Anyway, I was looking closely at the Driver shafts the other day only just realised the Cobra 414 is [b]Mitsbushi Rayon [/b]45g, The Nike M'Speed also a [b]Mitsbushi Rayon [/b]50g and you guessed it in The Cleveland DST a [b]Mitsbushi Rayon [/b]64g.

I hit the ball well at the Range last Wed's (Especially the Cobra Driver) then on Sunday with the Card in hand it went a bit wrong !! Our course was in great condition, just need to start Hitting the Fairways and Greens. So This week I decided to adjust the Machspeed (For the first Time since its purchase)

I've also brought Stuburt Helium Sport Shoes, in Black/Yellow.
