NC outing w/ Freebies, Dinner, Great Golf!

I was asked to post this for a Friend/Customer!

CGS Outing II August 18th and 19th

Guys, we want to make this an exciting event for everyone, so Get off Your tails and JOIN US!

Eric Yeh Owner of Infiniti Golf is coming from Ill. to be a part of the outing! He is a great guy and this will be a good time to meet him and pick his brain!

Jody Baucom Owner of AccuFLEX Golf Shafts, will be participating as well, he sucks but he will be there..LOL J/K

We are going to have some local support with this outing, players, etc...

But we really want you guys to come see the HUGE City :-) of Gastonia, NC and Join Us............

Details on the Course are being Worked out, and I will be posting Hotel Information tomorrow too.

You can fly into Charlotte Douglass Intl. Airport, and the drive to G-Town is about 15 min.

There is also a Regional Airport in Hickory, it is 40 minutes away, but may be cheaper?

Here are the "plans" so far, but this will evolve, and get better for all!

Friday August 18th.....

#1- "OPEN HOUSE"

"OPEN House" day at Custom Golf Sales, come in and take a look at what it is we offer, and just get to know each other

We Open at 9:30 am, and will be closing early at 4pm

#2- DEMO DAY

AccuFLEX "Trackman" "Hitting Party".................

4pm to 7pm AccuFLEX and Jody will be running a Demo Day and letting everyone hit on AccuFLEX's new $30,000 Launch Monitor "Trackman" system.... This thing is cool!

This will take place at TEE Time Driving Range, located in Gastonia, about 10 minutes from Custom Golf Sales Office/Warehouse.

#3- CASUAL DINNER (FREE) :-)

After the AccuFLEX "Hitting Party" , hopefully we all aren't too sweaty.......

We will have a casual Dinner at Hillbillies BBQ, a local favorite, about 5 minutes from Tee Time, central located in Gastonia.

We will have a Banquet Room, so we can all just "chill" eat and have fun, and talk about golf of course.

Hillbillies serves BBQ, Steaks, Chicken, etc... Something for most all, and if you are a Veggie head, they have a great salad bar.

We are proud to say that Infiniti Golf and AccuFLEX Golf Shafts are sponsoring this "Casual Dinner" and they are picking up the bill, Thanks Eric and Jody!

Saturday August 19th.....

#1- DEMO DAY (2)

AccuFLEX has graciously offered to set up at Tee Time Driving Range (or the golf course driving range, this depends on where we play) so we call all warm up and for anyone who could not make it Friday Afternoon, will have a chance to Demo and hit on the Trackman.

This will run from 9am to 10:30am

#2- GOLF!

First Group goes off at 11am, the course has not been determined as of yet, we will finalize that by Monday, but the cost will be no more than $35 (for a good track)

#3- AFTER GOLF

After we get through playing, we will have a get together at the golf course or a near by restaurant, so we can wind down, give out prizes, etc....

I hope that we can make this a great little outing, and you guys take advantage of all of the "perks"!

Email me if you are interested, I will start to get the "commitment" money (for golf), so we can set TEE Time's and know how many we are feeding Friday night, and how many prizes to give!

Wow that sounds like a great event. wish I could make it. to all that attend now is your chance to do what we all would like to. sample shafts and get some awesome data on each one. even though I can not make it, would like to thank all that made this possible. here is to Accuflex :drinks:

I'll try to make it as I need to get someone to cover for me at work, but it shouldn't be a problem. Would be sweet to meet some of you guys from this website if you can make it. I've already met Christian from Carolina Golf Sales, and they did an excellent job fitting me for my AccuFLEX Ultraboom, would also like to meet Jody and thank him for setting me up with them. If you guys get a chance, you should really try to make it as these guys are top notch!
