specials?

Hi All,

In the process of planning a family trip to Maui in June...most likely staying at the Grand Wailea for 10 days. Wondering if there are any specials on the net to help lower tee time prices that only insiders would know? Also what other recommendations are there for courses in the area? Last time I went (5 years ago) - played Kapalua and Kaanapali courses. What other must plays are there?

I rather play the south coast. Makena and Wailea Gold are two I would recommend if you want to play different courses. The Dunes at Maui Lani is a nice layout, but be prepared to play in the wind. It is about 10 minutes from the airport so you can play it coming or going. The only 18 hole country club King Kamehameha was running a special last year, not sure about currently. Member for a day, a round and lunch for a certain amount. Not sure what the amount was, but from what I have heard, it is a nice course with a gorgeous clubhouse.

I'm also planning an upcoming trip and would be very interested to hear recommendations, tips, specials, etc.
