I just recieved mine. I got 5 thru UW. They go really far. The UW is my 125ud club. The 6 iron is my 195 club. the 5 iron is over 200. I am getting used to them. They go really high and far. I feel like a pro. I generally shoot in the high 80's. I shoot an even 80 the first time out. I got blue dot graphite and 1/2" longer then normal.

late to the party. I've been playing a K15 driver for over a year now. Finally ponied up for the irons.

I just got a set of K15's, black dot, stiff AWT shaft, 5-PW. I'm coming from a set of Mizuno MX200's that I have played for the better part of the last 2 years, with some Ping i10's taking up some of that time. 13.6 currently.

I play a G10 4 wood, 7 wood, and 24* hybrid on the top end, and Mizuno MP 52 and 58 wedges to round down my set.

I've only had time to hit them at the range so far (at least it was off grass), but I'm surprised at how low the clubs hit for me. 7 iron trajectory looks like 6 iron trajectory to me, but the distance is definitely 6 iron distance. So I'm a club longer in the set, but I think it's a wash because of the height in the shot.

It is true however, that it pretty much takes a lot of spin off shots. My bad hooks still hooked (my normal miss), but the shots that would normally be draws and fades were pretty much straight, with little distance lost. I did not try working my shots yet. I was just trying to get comfortable with the feel of the club. I'm not sure I can get enough feedback to where I know exactly where I missed on the face yet. I still have to look to see where I missed. Toe shots go pretty far with this club.

I'll report back after a few rounds. But these were just my initial impressions.

so now I have a few rounds under my belt with the K15's.

My initial impression that the balls were coming out low was an anomaly during that range session. My shots have been pretty high out on the course.

With my MX200's, I'm able to work my shots with draws and fades, hooks and slices, especially on dog legs or out of trouble, etc.

I have been unable to do that with the K15's. They pretty much go straight and leak just a bit. The iron still won't save you if you come over the top with a hooded face, but any decent swing will result in a straight shot.

I purposely tried to hit a few toe shots from a predictable 120 yards out, and I might have lost just a few yards. The ball still ended up on the green.

The shots are towering however, and I have to believe that wind may pose a problem with these irons. I also did not notice the face being "explosive" or jumpy due to the ti material.

I did not try to control the trajectory my last few times out, as it hasn't been windy nor have I been stuck behind any obstacles.

I like the irons quite a bit now that I know I haven't been playing much. I'll still keep a back up set, but for now, these are in the bag.
