You can't make a new iron, al the classics have been done already so it's gonna be pretty impossible to make an iron that looks Grammy different but nice...... The shape is the shape and god knows they have all been tweaked and copied so many times

Should co just come out with a plain back of their club with just their name? Then everyone would b**** that they all look the same, lol
I like em, graphics and all and could really care less if the look like a titty or vokey or whatever....... All clubs are copies of something at one time

Love the look of the FW, but a bit concerned with the sole config, looks like the old Titleists/Taylormades. Will be very interested in reviews on how the sole plays.
+1.....IMO, the sole looks like it would make a mess of things off the deck. I'm very interested in getting some reviews or other reading material concerning the FW.

Can clearly tell Japanese Company owns them
Oh yeah? JDM stuff is usually extremely classy and understated. You dont know much about JDM clubs do you?
They like to advertise with excessive stamps too.
Japan had no influence on these clubs. They were designed in SoCal by two engineers from SoCal.
Honestly, a lot of you just need to suck it up a bit on the graphics deal. You don't see that part of the club while your using it so it really shouldn't matter. Stop being so picky. These wedges perform regardless of cosmetic imperfections.
I agree. I love the look of the irons and wedges and cant wait to hit them.

I bought the CG16 tour irons last year. Does anyone know if I can upgrade by trading my irons (golf smith doesnt give you a lot on a trade in value) and paying very little? I heard at a Clevekland demo day if you gave them your old irons all you have to pay is $200. ANY info would help
There was a program in 2009, that if you bought a set of irons and completed the paperwork, you could swap those irons in 2010 or 2011 for a new set. I have not heard of the program you have suggested.

I just hit a demo CB and MB last night at Golf Galaxy and loved them. They felt great compared to the other irons I hit (Adams blades, Adams A12 Pro, Callaway Razr X forged). Also hit the driver, wanted to like it but hated it; unfortunately liked a certain company's "White drivers" the best, after I swore I would NEVER play a white driver. Also, hit the i20 driver and didnt like it. Just my personal opinion. Anyway, loved the Cleveland irons.

has anybody hit the 588 cb irons? Haven't owned a Cleveland product since the cg10 but these irons look absolutely perfect for me. From the specs to the looks to the "meat" behind the center I want them

just read all 5 pages, talk about love em or hate em, i guess that's better than no opinion at all, personally i love these, if only i had the game, i've always loved cleveland, except for a brief period in the middle of the last decade where they seemed to get their inspiration from mcdonalds, but i'm thrilled with their lineup this year, i hope this trend continues, big ups to cleveland, so far they have my favorite line of the year from top to bottom

I currently play MP-69's and, hit them well. I've been looking to buy another set for my "B" bag and, was going to buy the MP-64's which, are great irons. Because I already have Mizuno's, I decided I wanted something different so, I started my search and ran across the 588CB's. I have done a direct comparison with my 69's and here is what I have observed: 588 CB's are bigger all the way around; bigger topline (just), thicker sole (slightly), and larger blade length (noticeable). All of these dimensions are noticeable at address. Having said that, the 588's set up terrific for my eye. The fact that they are slightly larger gives me a little more confidence. And, the best part is that they are VERY soft and have decent length. Definetly easier to hit than my 69's. Bottom line, I like them so much they are going in the bag!! I will order 3-PW w/KBS Tour S shaft. BTW, I am a 7.4 index and dropping. Can't say enough good things about these irons. Will post an update once I have 15+ rounds under my belt and honeymoon phase is over.

I game 3-6 cb, 7-pw mb w/ px 6.5 and love the way they feel. Great clubs through and through. Love the turf interaction and the way they look. Once I run my SM4s into the ground I will be getting a set of RTX wedges and the new Classic Driver w/ the Matrix black tie 6m3. Already switched to the ZStar Xv ball and loving Cleveland's product.
