is an excellent deal, however, the site is, as usual, running extremely slow. i was able to find one shirt to add to my cart, and could not get the page to load again to search for two more items...

Footjoy Apparel and all Footwear are excluded and only applies to in-stock apparel. Lefty shoot me an email [email protected] or PM with your email of what you are looking for or call us at 1-888-477-3444 and we can take care of you. I have triple checked the functionality of the sale and it has been running smoothly. Yesterday we were one of the companies that was affected by the nationwide TimeWarner outage and we experience extremely slow speeds, we got that fixed yesterday evening and are all back up and running.

Sorry about the confusion, everything we have on our site applies to the B2G1 Free apparel promo , I suppose I meant to say that it doesn't include special orders. For example, the B2G1Free promo wouldn't apply if you called us up and wanted another size in a polo that we don't have on our site. As long as you see your discount in the cart, you're all good.

Now...the B2G1 Free also applies to drop-ship items which is really cool but this also means the item will take longer to arrive. To see if something is a drop-ship item, simply look in your shopping cart and if you read the words, "* [b]This product is not available in the requested quantity. 1 of the items will be backordered[/b]," under your wanted added items then that item is drop-shipped and will take longer to arrive.

For example, visit this link: [url="http://i.imgur.com/JneP8.png"]http://i.imgur.com/JneP8.png[/url] Here you'll see that the JL Jacket is backordered, and the Travis Mathew shirt and Vineyard Vines tie are both in stock. You see that the discounts still apply, and are noted accordingly so the customer is getting that Vineyard Vines tie for free and the customer will still receive all the items except the JL jacket at this point. Our customer service team is automatically notified so we may place the order with JL for the jacket, then we will notify the customer with an expected arrival date. Some companies let us drop-ship, some don't.
