Thanks for this opportunity to post a question.

Taylormade, you say that the RBZ or SuperFast drivers have been the longest drivers you have ever made. Exactly how did you come up with that? I understand that adding .5" or 1", having a smaller wall thickness, lighter shaft and grip, and inverted cone technology will increase club head speed.

There must be some other reason why you advertise it as the longest driver you've ever made...what technology went into making the RBZ so much longer than other clubs?

Excited about the new offerings in the RBZ line but I would like to know if taylormade will finally be offering the option of swing weight adjustment with the installed weight on the sole of the club. I ruined a superfast tp 3 wood a few months ago by hotmelting the head to make it a comfortable swing weight at 42-42.5 in. It would be an incredible benefit to players to make aftermarket shaft length and weight adjustments but be able to control head weight and hence swing weight. Similar to what is possible with the other driver heads. Not many can control 43.5 in 3 woods.

I am a mid handicap player who loves simple, elegant looking irons as blades often are (Nike, Taylormade, Titleist, Ping, etc., everyone does it) I love the Miura and Scratch irons too for their simplicity. Why is it that most all companies, Taylormade included, make all of their game-improvement and max game-improvement irons so busy we graphics and over design. I know their is some technology that is often being hidden but it seems to me that you could make a game-improvement iron that looks as good as say, the tour preferred MC or MB irons. The R11 woods are so good looking, I would love a game-improvement iron that looked as beautiful.

Hi, my question would be

-TaylorMade has basically owned the driver market on the PGA tour for the past 10 years and has not been shy about marketing it to that effect. With all the advancements claimed in the last few years, and with Taylormade's dominance of the driver market, why has driving distance on the PGA tour not increased as one would expect? In 2006 there were 20 players who averaged 300yds off the tee, including Bubba Watson whose 319 average topped the 2011 leader. In 2011 after 5 years and a few more iterations of the R series driver there were only 21 over 300yds, essentially the same number. In 2003 Hank Kuehne averaged a still standing record 321 yards with a Taylormade driver. Can you honestly say the technology offered in 2012 will help players truly hit it longer? Most marketing seems geared towards more distance, but distance at the highest level of golf remains static for the most part. How do you explain this to consumers?

Will the flat billed RBZ hat be coming to retail?

What is the finish of the RBZ wood soles? Looks like a more durable PVD.

Can you explain a little about the science off COG location as it relates to launch and spin? Which has more of an effect on spin, the depth of the COG or the height of the COG? And what will be the COG of the Tour or TP version, both relative to the standard version, the Superfast 2.0 TP fairway, and other conventional woods? In the promotional brochure, it says that a FRONT COG results in lower spin, but I had always been under the impression that the deeper the COG, the lower the spin.

Do you anticipate that higher handicappers who need as much spin as they can get will be able to keep the RBZ woods in the air, given the lower spin of the heads?

Will the first R11 be discontinued, and what are the expectations for tour adoption of the R11s? Seems like the normal R11 was very popular on Tour, will guys be moving to the R11s en mass?

Will the FCT sleeves for the RBZ line be compatible with the R9 and R11 heads?

Question 1. I have to assume lofts will be available in only 13.5 or above to skirt the USGA COR issues. How much COR is added by the technology in the speed pocket vs non slotted TM heads. Also how does the compression of the speed pocket effect or not-effect the ball in terms of side spin.

I assume FCT is ok in the driver because it does not have the pocket, while the opening for FCT would interfere with the effectivness of the pocket in the FW and Rescues.

The Burner line has traditionally not had any adjustability, so with the new RBZ line, what was the rationale for including FCT in the driver, but not the fairway woods or rescue? Thanks

What are some key differences between the R11 and the R11s and what do those key differences equate to?

With the RBZ driver, fairway woods and hybrids, what are some reasons someone might want to switch from the SF2.0 or R11 to this line?

Is the RBZ Max, maximum forgiveness? If so, will there be a TP version with more of a players iron look?

Although I don't despise the white finish, i would never have them in the bag... So my question is and I don't think its been asked in this thread yet, does TM have any plans to offer the new woods in Black as a custom option and if you don't you should seriously consider it as there would definitley be a market for them...Thanks TM and Golfwrx.
