Womens Adidas Street Shoes

to be released 2/1/12, Mens version 11/1/11, why?!

Lots of men have purchased the Adidas Street shoes. They are popular and for good reason, they rock! They were released in November 2011 and I was hoping to get my pair also. However the Womens version of the Street shoe will be released 2/1/11. Why not just release them at the same time?! I think it is unfair for males to get their version first. I am an avid female golfer who was really looking forward to purchase the Adidas Street Shoe. It is now January and I don't have to wait much longer but back in November when all the guys had their cool new kicks that I couldnt get it just plain out stunk. I most likely shouldnt be complaining, at least the street shoes are coming out for females but I would have been a lot happier to have them in November like male golfers rather months later.

The actual answer to this is somewhat complex and has to do with pattern cutting, design time frame, product testing, machine availability, etc however i will summarize simply by saying the reason is Guys rule, girls drool.

The real reason (not so far removed from KYMAR's reason)? They know they'll sell more of the men's shoes, so the effort is put into getting those into production first. Same reason there seems to always be 3 times as many models in the men's styles as the women's (and I'm specifically excluding the pink trim models to make sure the buyer knows it's a shoe for women).

$$ is always more then enough reason for a company.

On a side-note. Are these comfortable? any support at all? they look kinda flat.
