TESTING RocketBallz (RBZ) Fairway Wood!!

Not doubting the distance claims, but on the pole behind him it says that it's 228 to the white flag. But in the clip he claims that he carried the white flag that was 250 out.

The ball carried well over the white flag, which is 228 and rested before the Texas flag which is about 280

Ok, I guess I got mixed up with the flags there, my bad. That is an extremely long 3 wood, love the sound. Was that the stock shaft?

im doubting this guys distance claims. he said he hit it 270 carry. BUT he is talking about the white flag a lot, and everytime they are about to say how far the white flag is it cuts to the next swing.

white flag is 228 out so very unimpressive. not 250.

I'm pretty excited about this club. If it's as long as they claim, I may put a 15* in the bag instead and reconfigure everything a bit (if I decide to put a new 3w in the bag). Definitely an exciting product and really, I just want to feel what this thing is all about.

I tried this the other day and could not believe the distance!!! I am not a huge taylormade fan really but the RBZ line, particularly the fairway woods and hybrids were very impressive. I was getting close to 250 yard carry in really cold, typically british conditions and slightly into the wind! Very impressive club!!

Pre ordered from discount golf in the non TP 3HL (17degree) set up with the stock stiff shaft. Lets see how this thing flys the ball compared to my current Burner 2.0 TP 5 wood (18.5degree) witht the radix7 stiff. Have to admit that from the video, the RBZ sounds damn nice! Cant wait

I was able to hit the regular 3 wood on Thursday and all I have to say it is long! Setup was
3 wood with stock stiff Matrix Xcon 5.

Anybody compare this to the Nike VR Limited Edition 3 wood which some of the reviews have as very long and low spin?

The love & hate relationship I have with my R11 three wood I am most definitely looking forward to trying it. It will be compared to the Titleist 910 f. Sorry don't know if I should be using the other "T" word in this thread. The bag will be set with a new three wood & the RBZ hybrid if they live up to the hype
