It is worth one visit just to check it off your list. Like most of Panks' work, it's not a bad course, there is just nothing that really flips my switch, nothing that makes you want to play it again. $50 is a good deal.

I'm super excited about playing there, I'll be up there around 1130 o take full advantage of the facilities lol. This will be my first time playing a fully private course, my expectations are pretty high haha

I went to a wedding reception there and spent the majority of my time out on the balcony looking at the practice range haha.

We are all playing in the same group so we'll see you there!

So how'd you play?

It was fun! Windy as hell, but the greens were probably the best I've ever played on.

Joe and I bogied the last 2 holes to tie for 2nd overall I believe (we shot par with 2 bogies and a double on the island green par 3).

It was nice meeting moxie (ryan) and Chris, overall really fun despite the terrible wind.

The wind out there was insane.
Not sure how it is possible but it was changing direction and effectively hampering shots on almost every hole.

fore_life ended up at even par, which was close to the top from what I saw.
My buddy and I ended up in the high 70s which was about mid pack. I played spectacularly terrible but I had fun at my first scramble.

Best moment for me was the putt over a little ridge that broke, slowed down and was blown slightly up hill finishing an inch left of the hole.

Definitely would have preferred it if the wind had been more moderate, but I had a good time. Course was in good shape, definitely the fastest greens I have played.
