Oldest Club Still in the bag

Whats your "oldest club in the bag ?"

I brought my MAKSER TW400 5 Wood in May 2004, and its STILL in the bag, nearly 8 years on (Same UST shaft, only changed the Grip)
and It only cost me £50 delivered.

Other clubs have been and gone, and my Titleist ELK 61 Wedge is probably older but I only purchased last year.

I tend not to change my fairways that often and still have an Original Mizuno T-zoid 3 wood which is probably around the same era but its my backup to my current 3 Cally X-hot 3 wood.

Don't think I'll EVER part with the Makser, its never failed me and still in a great condition.

Just put my Ping TIsI Tec 3 wood back in the bag. I had an Accra 75x shaft put in it a few years ago and it is a bomber.

Well right now I'm playing regularly with a set of clubs all made in 1951, except for a wedge and a putter from the 1960's. But the set I normally used has Titleist DCI 990 irons I've owned since early 2001.

Ben Hogan H40 irons. Bought them new in 1997 and they still haven't left the bag. Other than that, everything else is changes regularly, depending on my mood or course I may play. Sometimes I just throw stuff in just to go out and see what kind of score I may shoot with what I have in the bag.

Original Cleveland Launcher 17* 4 wood (2001) with Aldila NV 75 S. I also carry an original Launcher Titanium 13* strong 3 wood (2002) with Royal Precision Saber Tour Vector 75 TS.

Surprisingly, I have only used one putter since I got the PING 5KS Zing stainless model back in 1994 or 1995. The design is simple and clean and I know that whether I putt well or poorly, it is entirely up to the operator...so why change putters all the time like many others do?

My irons get changed every 4 years or so because they get worn out and I replace my wedges annually because the grooves and bounce gets worn down. I basically use the same looking clubs, just the newer model that becomes available.

V Steel = bought new in 2003, Pro 95 put in back then.

Vokey 50 & 56 oil cans = circa 2004, bought from the forms, they were used at the time. Grooves have been refreshed a couple times by me, but they've never left the bag since.

Other than my putter (TP Mills Workshop I) oldest club is a 2006 Cobra Baffler Pro 20* with a steel Nippon shaft. This club is just a hammer and really fits my swing. I can put it out there 235-240 pretty consistantly and is my club of choice with narrow par 4's under 415.

My Scotty Cameron Circa 62 #2 from 2006. Not sure this really counts though as it was fully restored by the custom shop in December.. and that restore cost more than the putter did.

With that not really counting, the oldest clubs in the bag are my Vokey wedges... from August 2011 lol

Prior to this season I was playing Ping i10 irons, a 906 3 wood, 907 driver... I'm no ho, just needed some updating this year

Makser were great clubs. Not surprised a fairway wood which is all about trust is still in the bag.

Odyssey White Hot XG Sabertooth. Had it since '08 but it has now been converted to a belly putter and I was draining putts today. It did not have a continuous stay though, A Nike Method interrupted it and is still in rotation.

I also started playing in 1990 and still have my Ping Anser 3 but it's not my gamer anymore. That's loyalty to a trusty old putter, I'm guessing it's either a bronze Anser or a stainless steel Anser 2.

i used a Callaway Big Bertha 11 or 12 degree driver for about 10 years...5 years as a driver, and the last 5 years as a strong 3 wood. unfortunately it was somehow lost when i moved.

the club i have owned the longest now is my putter, an Odyssey 2 ball. bought brand new in 2008.
