Just a heads up to the rest of the Golfwrx community...like in golf when we call penalties to protect the field, I feel it is my duty to warn you about this member...You may have already read the thread where I was asking for input as to handle this situation as I've honestly had 100+ transactions on this site and never had an issue like this...

 

Essentially, he took payment for an item on July 14th and it finally arrived yesterday...there is a laundry list of excuses and lies...here are the highlights:

 

* I "accidently" shipped parcel post without tracking....it must be lost...I'm working with USPS to find it..."

 

Turns out he never shipped it. After a lot of back and forth (and a paypal escalation) he shipped the item and provided the tracking number to Paypal and promised to include a couple sleeves of ProVs to make up for the inconvenience...well again, he totally bailed on including any balls and the putter arrived 2 inches shorter than advertised...and yet, he has no desire to try and make the situation right...

 

Long story short, there are so many great sellers/buyers, etc. on this site and this guy is one to be avoided...I've left him negative feedback and would hope the other people who've had similar transactions with this gentle"man" will do the same...

There's a shocker! This guy is a piece of work. He has had many issues but yet still isn't banned. It's about time he was banned! He's been on my blocked list for a long time now but until something is done he will continue to do the same things over and over

Shocker! A a guy with many selling issues isn't banned. I don't know what it takes as a seller to get banned here.

I agree, this guy should've been banned a long time ago or at the very least his bst privileges should be taken away if thats possible. But then he could still look in the WTB forum and sell to people that way

I bought a belly putter from him in December and didn't get it until the middle of Feb. He shipped it the day after I opened a claim. He told me that he attempted to ship Fed Ex but they were holding it because I had a PO Box listed on PayPal. He also told me that he'd have tracking and I never got that. I contacted him at least 10 times and never got a response until I opened the claim.

Basically what he does is try to jack around until after the 45 day claim window so he can get over on you. Total tool bag.

Unless things have changed with PayPal, that won't work. I purchased a car stereo for a friend off ebay and, much like this situation, the seller kept lying until I opened a PP dispute about not getting it. Well, he ships it after I open the dispute and it ends up being DOA. Try to open an item not as described case and they wouldn't let me because I'd already opened a dispute. I even called and asked and they said there was nothing they could do. That's been probably 5 years ago do hopefully it's changed.

Dude's a DONKEY and I hope he finally gets banned. Not sure how many people you should get to screw over before it happens.

Just had a similar issue with this guy which I pmed the OP about last week cause his story sounded familar. The guy lied about shipping for weeks then finally did ship it and had the audacity to ship it parcel post after lying to me. The item isn't even as described, and will be hitting ebay shortly cause I bought the same item from someone else on here in the meantime. The 2nd seller had my product to me within a couple days of payment, just the way it should work

nope he isnt banned. he has 4 negatives and 3 neutrals...so at least 7 questionable transactions and he is still a member here. Why do people continue to buy from this tool?

Search slapjax7s and you will see a few other threads about this guy to!

I guess what we can do is look if he list's anything on BST, and then call him out! Buyer beware style. I'll do it all day if it's going to help save someone from getting there hard earned money scammed.

Yeah, a little question in his BST ad to the tune of "Will these items ship prior to or after a Paypal dispute has been started?" should get the attention of prospective buyers.

This guy is a pita to work with. I had to constantly hound him for a tracking number days after he "shipped" what I bought for my uncle. Said he shipped it, then lost the tracking number. Then about a week after that sent me with a tracking # that had a reciept of being bought that day.......When asked about it he said that just meant it was printed out that day or something like that. Only after my uncle got the club and everything was confirmed, was I able to relax.......

yeah...and now paypal won't do anything as the case has already been resolved b/c he gave them a verified tracking number...doesn't matter if he shipped a bunch of rocks, they'd still side with him...what a joke...
