I'll start with the TF Gamer V2 from my personal experience.

TM Burner TP are my top bang for the buck ball, double dozen for $35-40 if you can find them at stores like Target or Walmart. IMO, blows the Gamer V2 out of the water. The Nike PD Soft are a good value too at about $16 a dozen.

Would agree on the Vapor Black. I seem to get more distance from this ball, the ball seems to be very durable, and at 15/dozen its also a great deal.

As others have stated...

TP3 - I really can't tell the difference in playability between the TP3 and TP5. Only major difference is price.
Vapor Black - Extremely long, but has some stopping power, good ball.
PD Soft - For a real budget ball, it has great feel and surprising performance.
