Callaway Preowned Review

I bought a like new black ProType two ball. First one was definitely not new. They shipped a second one the day I called. It arrived, and it was a silver one, but brand new. Called up again, and they sent out yet another putter but next day air. At that point I had two putters going back to CPO. Definitely looked much better other than a chip in the finish. I decided I would take it at that point and just end the chase there.

All in all, I think CPO and their CS is great in handling issues. Never asked for any pictures or anything. I do think they need to sort their inventory a bit more better as it cannot be productive or cost efficient to send the correct goods. And no, it is not our expectations being above theirs. It clearly states in their description what you should expect.

I agree my expectations was just a shaft with no rust on a very good condition set. I didn't think that was a lot to ask. Ckay it sounds like your rep went about it the right way. Trying to get you the right product I'm actually in contact with the service manager and he is reviewing the issue and going to try to come up with a solution to make my problem right.

I am having terrible trouble with Callaway Preowned . I ordered an X Hot 59 deg L Wedge plus $40 to UPS and it arrived 2 days later (I'm in Europe, UPS 's Brokerage fee for collecting the $7 tax was almost as much as the club ) Unfortunately they sent they older RAZR L wedge and not the X Hot I ordered .
It took two emails to reply acknowledging their mistake ,saying they would let me know within 24 hours and send the correct wedge ASAP. Despite several e mails and 15 days later . I have still not heard from them .
I have now had to raise a dispute action with VISA .
For my first dealing I am very disappointed with their customer service. I agree with Smish21 why they have pride in it I don't know . I have paid $118 dollars in total for a club I didn't order

Yes, give them a call. I don't know why anyone resorts to E-mails with issues like this, especially to a major corporation.

I was finally able to get my situation sorted out about a month or so ago. They went above and beyond for me especially after a second mistake in the order. Sent me another set of clubs that still had rust. They ended up sending me a brand new set of clubs, not even close to being played. They will get you sorted out, trust me sometimes things take a lil bit of time but if I hadn't heard from them in 15 days I would definitely be in the phone with them every day till I got an answer. email is good for keeping records though and do help.

Just started playing golf a few months ago and feel that I need to get my own set of clubs..so i browse the net and came across this Callaway PreOwned website and saw their shipping destinations.. just wanna know do they really send to those countries listed or has anybody had any problems with regards to shipping?
