I think the pro is very solid looking, the top and top line on the pro are way smoother and more rounded than the previous Razr X Pro..that one turned me off immediately with the square-ish topline and odd shaped toe on it...it wasn't a ton, but I noticed it easily and that was enough for me.

Ho-lee-shite. Callaway! Wow. X hot tour and the tour 3w just look beautiful. I'm going to be honest, for all my Ho'ing i have never once owned a Callaway club. N.O.T. O.N.E. I am 1000000% sure that is going to change by the end of 2013. Cannot wait until i can hit these.

I think the matte finish looks pretty good on the woods. The tour irons look good too.
The matte gray is a really great color choice too.... It's gonna be a great marketing move... Just different enough.... Luring all the memories of Big Bertha back into our heads :)

Interesting to see the pro irons have more grooves then the others. Looks like they are thinner too. Is this sort of like what mizzy are doing with their wedges where the gap wedge grooves are thinner/deeper made for more control and the sand/lob wedges have wider/shallower for more spin? And please someone in the know, will there be a left 4 wood? Pretty please?

Perhaps there is something you could see in a cut view of the irons that would make them seem more special to me and I'm not a Callaway hater at all having played their irons in the past and currently still hitting a Razr Fit TA driver... but all in all I'd call the designs a day late and a dollar short. There's just nothing special going on here either technology or look wise. The top of the driver looks like the top of an R11 in flat gray, the irons are very close in look (save for the X) to the current razors which I thought was a really close to the 2008 Titleist AP1's. The top line is too thick for my taste on either version of the irons and I'll stop there. My gut says if they are hoping this new line is going to turn them around financially for 2013, they are in for a disappointment. Hopefully for Callaway I'm reading this all wrong! :read:
what do you know about the technology these clubs bring to the table that the rest of us do not know? Are you a club developer and engineer? Or is it because there is no marketing gimmic claiming they are freakishly long?

We haven't seen any specs or reviews yet.

As for the looks to each his own and everyone is entitled to their opinion.

As for me. Again those look soooo hot.

If there was one thing I would change, it would be the amount of grooves. That is one thing I just have a hard time getting used to visually.

Don't think for a minute there isn't going to be a marketing gimmick claiming these are freakishly long. Be careful how you denigrate another company's marketing strategy. You'll end up putting your foot in your mouth when your preferred company does the exact same thing.

Price point on the fairways?

Right now, it looks like my remaining balance on GG gift card will be going towards a X-Hot/Hot Pro or Covert. January/February needs to hurry up!

Yes that's correct, you are reading this totally Blindfolded Obviously
It really get's my back up on this site, when people are quick to to talk about the technical side of something without even seeing it in the flesh, we have Callaway Exec's as Member's who are quite happy to answer question's on their product , I don't think i have ever seen that before except from a Live chat perhaps.
They have never slated any other manufacturers product ever and i think the time scale it takes them to answer some of these question's is mind blowing,
I can tell you i am mightily impressed by the Way they have acted on this site and going forward i can honestly say that in 2013 i will definitely be playing Callaway club's in some form,

Just the fact that Callaway has a top guy on here answering the questions of a Joe Schmo like myself, tells volumes about the commitment they have this year. I for one liked the last few years of their designs, and I currently game one of them. I can honestly say that it helped my game more than any set of irons ever had before. So seeing these new sticks gets my heart pumping.

And for all those who say they look too similar to previous years models, all I have to say is look at the last 5 yrs of Lamborghini's. a little different, a little the same. Why change something that works? Just my opinion.

yeah there is no technology at play here. I mean I can tell just by looking at these somewhat limited pics in which i see mostly grass. No new tech, I will stick with ______ (insert Other OEM here) :russian_roulette:

The irons aren't my cup of tea, but the fairway looks fantastic. If Callaway decide to offer a 4 wood version in leftie I may well make a purchase.

Those are great lookin FWs. I haven't played a FW in about 4 years. They have come a long way in that time it seems. These look better than the g25 (to me) and I'm a wicked PING honk.

I may have to look into it.

So just because you can't "see" something means it doesn't exist? Or because you can't see tech based on pictures? Based on a lot of the comments I've read on here from guys who are pretty "in the know" there is certainly some technology involved here, it may not be as flashy as some other OEMs. Personally, I'd much rather have a club that has new tech involved that I can't see as it would provide an element of a cleaner look.

Not sure, but I think there was an element of sarcasm in Kymar's post.
