100% agree. They just opened the west on Dec. 1st and it’s awesome. It’ll be amazing once fully grown in. 17 holes you have intercostal views. 7100 yards including a 636 yard par 5. My favorite tee shot so far is 5. This was about a week before opening

I'd join, but I think it's absurd to wait anywhere 5 years. Your life can drastically change in 5 years.

To put a deposit down and wait 5 years is just insane to me, but it's everywhere. I was going to join concessions, they have a 2 year wait.

It's depressing for junior members like myself. Never been apart of a club and finally can be, and can't find a place to join. It's like the housing market, lol

If we go in a recession it will change. I think eventually all the people who jumped in to the golfing pool when Covid hit will drift back out. Where were they prior to Covid?

I think it will be less time than that. All these new golfers will get tired of the game, these new Yankees will go through a couple more summers and hurricane seasons, the Yankees will get called back to the office and no longer work from home. Hopeful it will be half as good as around 2014 or so when clubs in the area were begging for members.
