Has Bubba made Ping cool again?

I am a member of the club Bubba grew up on playing in Pace, FL . The connection with Ping started there, there was a Ping rep there by the name of Bill Weir who took Bubba under his wings and got him a deal with Ping years ago. Mr Weir was a good guy and has since passed away, as far as Bubba playing around the Pace, Milton, Penscola area as a kid he couldl always smash it.

I don't think it has much to do with Bubba at all. If you saw a bunch of people out there playing pink drivers with pink shafts, than maybe you could make that argument, but I just don't see it. What is making Ping "cool" again, IMO, is that in the past few years they have some out with some excellent offerings - that is what is making them cool.

For whatever reason, I am beginning to get the impression that people are starting to get over Bubba and his personality.

I really don't like to give these jackoffs a heads up during their posting spree. I find it much more satisfying to let them waste their time getting to exactly 75 worthless posts, painstakingly list their first BST ad and then have it disappear minutes later. Before they can even comprehend what has happened, they receive a PM notifying them of their banishment from WRX.
