I have a 75+ M5. Great feeling shaft. Too bad it started in a subpar head. New head in progress for this beast.

Hi joke,
GGood to hear you like the TZ 75+ (soon to be renamed Tour Z ST75)....Let me know how the new head works out.....that's a big part of the equation, a shaft "dials in" the numbers but you still need a head that performs for you.

Thanks to all for the kind words, we've been very fortunate to have some of the very best golfers in the world trust our shafts. You'll find ACCRA shafts professionally fitted by the world's best club fitters. In this case Matt Kuchar trusted Cool Clubs in Scottsdale AZ.

Best in the biz! GR, when is he going to put his "top secret" shaft in play? I guess maybe at this point the way he is hitting this one he may not want to try it.

Had the pleasure of meeting G in Orlando at Grande Pines, great guy with a lot of great info & awesome to see how firmly he stands by his product. I was never an Accra guy nor did I think any of their shafts were really geared towards me, but after I started hitting a prototype of the TourZ CB 65 that is coming out soon my mind has changed! I'm not one to change shafts without thoroughly spending time testing shafts but after only a few hours on a trackman the shaft performed/felt so good I put it in play. The new TourZ has great feel, response, feedback & is super long as I gained a few extra mph in ball speed. Gawain/the guys at Accra work extremely hard to make sure they give the golfer the best possible product & know that when they play Accra they're playing one of the best. Not surprised to see the new TourZ line already with a win, these shafts are that good. I tested a lot of shafts this winter prior to putting the prototype of the new TourZ CB Platinum coming out soon into play & the new TourZ shafts flat out perform, with tons of specs to fit every golfer. Congrats to G & the Accra guys, keep up the great work!

Pleeease post a picture of the CB Platinum, Stylz! I am all kinds of interested in this shaft. Heard that guys at the show were picking up some serious ball speed with it.
Will try but for some reason the WRX iPhone picture attachment always gives me the error loading when I try, doesn't look like the pics on their site. It's just a flat black shaft with the black rubber feeling coating, says Accra Prototype with CB 65/TourZ/M5 (which is the new Platinum) on the tip. I do have a picture on twitter @JonHomGolf. I got it & knew nothing about the shaft except it was a TourZ prototype that would be coming out this spring but after a few hours on trackman I loved the shaft. I definitely didn't think I was going to pickup as much ball speed as I did, thought it might launch a little high but to my amazement I got a flat boring flight out of it but it is tipped 1.75" & that's what I was told would give me between an X-XX. I was also surprised that tipping it that much didn't compimise the feedback/response of the shaft by tipping it that much & considering I only play a 44" driver, still feels silky smooth as well as super long. I'll try to get a pick up sometime today.

Congrats on the win. I'm hitting my ad-di 7x too high with too much spin. Think the tour z would help?
Hi Freemahc,
The Tour Z ST (+) line is generally very low spin and low launching. I would always suggest to try one first.

Thanks for the advice, just picked up a Tour Z 65+ M4 and will give it a shot.

Tour Z+ is the stiffest shaft on the market. butt frequencies for the M4 are 267 and M5 at a whopping 282! If you are looking for something STOUT but with some life still in it (read not feeling like re-bar) then you can not beat The Tour-Z.
Not trying to be a dick, but I think you meant the Tour Z is the stiffest, not Tour Z+.

Tour Z+ is stiffer than regular tour Z. as a matter of fact thay are no longer making tour z (non plus). the non plus has a softer tip. Kutcher is playing one with the earlier prototype markings which is the plus. You are not a dick just wrong. Glad i could clear that up for you.

Actually, of the current Tur Z line the Tour Z+ series is the most stable top to bottom. the Tour Z line has basically the same specs but a little less kevlar in the tip make the tip section slightly more responsive. The Tour Z LT is currently only available in 70 and 80 grams and has a more responsive tip and very low torque, similar to our original SE80.
Having said all that, next month we are updating the line.....Tour Z+ will be branded as Tour Z ST (stable tip), the Tour Z LT will be available in all weights and renamed Tour Z LS (low spin)......and a new shaft Tour Z CB platinum (counter balance).........confusing enough? With the cool new graphics, we actually think this will simplify the line!!!
