I liked Boo's press conference. He really is just a "good-ol-boy". I was surprised to hear that he'll be 40 years old soon. He got started in professional golf late. He's playing very good this year. Apparently his shoulder problem is better. Although he did miss a couple of makeable putts coming in, he's not as bad a putter as some people implied. His confidence level is high right now.

Funny thing is he now has 3 ugly plaid jackets, I bet he wears those a lot.....when he wants to get into fights with his regular buds.

I had high hopes Rick "Double Bogey or Other" Fowler would make it a tournament without a double bogey or other. He stunned the world by going two rounds without one but came back to reality with back to back rounds with doubles. At the pace he's going he may set the record for double bogies or others in a single season.

I can agree with Boo. He was genuinely happy. He was hugging everyone in sight. You can see the appreciation he has for the win.

He's come a long way from when he thought he was never going to win again. He worked hard for it and it is well deserved. Now he has a guaranteed card for 2 years. Talk about a stress relief!
