Didn't seem to help though. The putter doesn't seem to matter. Still can't get the ball in the hole.

Greens are wet and slow and the last time he went back to the Cameron, he mentioned that it was better on slow greens.

Everyone was telling Tiger to go back to the Scotty for MONTHS AND MONTHS after he switched.

Now that he is putting better than anyone again everyone goes quiet.

Tiger stuck with the new putter even though everyone on the forums thought all he needed was to switch to the Scotty and majors would fall out of trees like apples. Rory really needs to stick with it as well. Back and forth swapping is not going to help. He needs to commit. It's not the putter.

How many Majors has Woods won with Nike putters?

He should have to pay back his Nike sponsorship money. For this year anyway. This is a slap in the face to Nike and should not be tolerated.

Yes Tiger made the switch but he hasn't won a Major with the method. Someone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong but there hasn't been a major winner use a Nike putter yet. A major win would solidify the method if and when it happens? Until then the Camerons still gives the confidence many are looking for. And the old (Indian and arrow) thing I never bought into because if the Indians had compund bows things may have turned out a bit different, food for thought.
evaluating putters by major wins is ridiculous. a major would solidify the method? maybe everybody should go back to ping ansers...plenty of majors there i reckon.

Methods actually have 3 majors already. If I counted correctly since the method was unveiled they have the same major count as Scotty's. (rory x2, and Adam Scott. Correct me if wrong)

I disagree with June. I think July is more likely... but I am not ruling June out complety with the way Woods is playing.

With as hot and cold that Rory's game has been, the next major could be his. Something just needa to click with him and he will go on an absolute tear for a few months then go cold for a few again.

Nike should just cut the BS and release a Non Method, Limited Edition, solid carbon, Newport style, milled putter. Tiger and Rory can both play it because God knows they would both be playing their coveted Camerons if it wasn't for their sponsorships.

And I am not a fan of Scotty Cameron putters in the least...But I am a fan of club confidence and the difference that it can make...especially with the flat stick.
uhh Tiger looks to be putting just fine with the method
+1
Tigers putting was automatic with the Cameron...now every time I watch him play I am worried that he is going to push a 5 footer. Sure, his recent putting stats are very good. But his confidence was undeniable with the SC. Not so much with the Method...

Once again, not a proponent of SC putters. Just a proponent of club confidence.

Method Limited came out in November 2009. Since that time Cameron putters have won 4 majors (Rory x2, Adam Scott, Darren Clarke) and the Nike Method (Glover, Cink, Charl) has won 3 majors. I still think that golfers win tournaments.... not golf clubs though.

I completely disagree that Nike should make a limited run non-Method insert for their players because that would be showing weakness in their current line and the technology behind the Method grooves. I think the tech behind the Method is here for good.

I'm pretty sure it's safe to assume the Method Tiger is using is not exactly the same one any of us can get our hands on. I'm sure his nike putters are customized to his exact liking much like his Scotty was.
