I saw a recent video and it wasn't pretty. Near impact through post impact my body stalls and my arms basically drag my body through. What are the best drills to fix this?

Find out why your body is doing this and stop doing that.

Swing too long, upper body moving laterally in transition, steepening of shaft in transition, too far from inside...those are just a few examples.

I use to, and probably still do had a problem of my upper body moving toward the target in transition......any drills for that?

Monte, I was singing your praises today to a guy at work. He talked about watching all kind of videos online of the golf swing. He said he would have too much running through his head. I told him to look up Monte *insert butchering of your last name*'s blog because I thought you were the most simplistic and kept it pretty basic.

I couldn't spell my last name till I was 11.. Thank you. I have a YouTube channel with lots of simple concept videos.

Is there a specific video that addresses the upper body lateral move in transition.

I usually just try to keep my head over the same spot until impact, and it feels like I am, even though I probably am not.

lateral upper body movement to left on the down swing is an absolute death nail for me. hips move lateral a little bit left but upper body has got to stay where it is on downswing for me.
