The "infinity" green on that first par 5 on the back at Bayside is tough. The hole is brutally long, and it just appears that there's no room to miss.

I stayed and played at Bayside one weekend a few years ago. I really enjoyed the course a lot,. but was very hard to find when I drove there in the middle of the night. Here's a link to my photos of the course.

That had to be WINDY...! I was drving by the area last weekend including Wild Horse and it was blowing 30 mph. Even if I had my clubs pretty sure I would not have played in that wind.

Bayside the front 9 is good but the back.... 3 holes maybe, rest I would redo. Think 16 is good proper hole with the trap in the middle.

The wind on Saturday at Bayside wasn't bad at all. It picked up a little during my second round. Sunday was a different story. I teed off around 8:15 that morning and the wind was already blowing 20+. First hole is a Par 5 dead into it as well. Good thing they have some wide fairways!

It's in the middle of nowhere, but if you like to travel for good golf, it is worth the trip, especially if you appreciate "prairie links" style courses. Here's a link to photos of the course.

First round of 2021 a couple of weeks ago and got to try out my electric trolley for the first time. Nice touch with integrated GPS. Half solid round of 80.

YES it is. Conditions are typically CC level. If wind is blowing it can be brutal

I picked up a https://alphardgolf.com/ and added it to a Clicgear. Not sure why I did not do this sooner, amazing and makes walking / playing sooooo much better.

Oh nice. Can you get electric trolleys like our Powakaddy and Motocaddy we have in UK or is the add-on like the Alphard your only option? I play at a hilly course and it makes so much difference for the second nine. I wish I'd have bought one years ago, who knows how good my golf could have been!

They have some models similar but since I had the clicgear already it was cheaper to go with the alphard. Agree so much better for the game

I played the International course at Champiopnsgate yesterday for the first tme in several years. I liked it a lot more than I remembered. For a faux links it was pretty good. It actually played more links-like than the New Course at Grand Cypress. The fairways were firm with significant roll and there was a lot of wind. Although the bunkers are not rivetted sod faced bunkers, there are a number of pot bunkers that are well placed. There isn't much rough so it was pretty forgiving even if you missed some fairways. It was in excellent condition and has good practice facilities. It's not expensive this time of year. Although it's no Southern Dunes, IMO this course deserves more love than it gets on this site.

Hawk's Landing is located very close to Walt Disney World. It is a difficult course with water in play on 12 holes and some narrow fairways. It's not for the faint of heart.
