Thanks for the heads up OP! Just walked into my local academy and picked up a couple dozen. Yeah I know, I had to pay sales tax but oh well...it is what it is.

Guys: I got charged for 5 attempted transactions, funds withdrawn, yet academy stated that my order could not be processed. Just a heads up.

Edit: went to amazon after I got herself calmed down and they'll be here Thursday.

My 3 doz z-stars are expected to be delivered tomorrow, ordered yesterday, with free shipping, shipped yesterday, and according to FedEx I'll have them tomorrow - won't need them for about 9 months or so, as there are many already in line....

I just walked into PGA SS showed them the price and they matched it and walked out with 3 dozen more balls I really don't need.

Of course, on Amazon.ca, there is no deal! If I buy them from Amazon.com, I pay shipping+import fees, and it ends up at the same price that if I take them from Golftown at 29.99+ tax

Thanks for the head's up.I tired using my usual Visa, and I got a "order could not be processed" error. I used my Amex, and I had no issues.

Anybody know how to visually tell the difference between zstar model years? I have some 2011's that I bought from amazon a while back, and they are marked identically to these supposed newer ones.

Just stopped in my local Academy and found my Tour Yellow Z Star XVs on sale for $29.98. Not nearly as good as last summer's $19 deal but I snagged a few dozen. Doesn't look like the deal applies to anything other than the XVs in yellow. Haven't checked the website.
