They put your name on the neck in the classic, Nike "tour" style... that's cool too.

You have a one-off custom, straight from the oven... not too bad.

But they gave you your own serial number prefix?!?!? THAT, sir, is the icing on the cake! The oven sure did you right. Congrats on the gorgeous new addition!

I agree, that putter looks fantastic and people would buy the hell out of them. They need to release a more flowing shaped anser style blade anyway.

Since he was the one pursuing the putter, I think Ahab would be more fitting. You should have Byron surprise him with a "Captain & Ahab" stamping on his next putter!


Then again, his OP referred to the "Holy Grail status" of this putter, so that brings in a slew of other possibilities...

They won't though, as their actual production models will be made in Asia and they won't invol e hand welded necks an hand worked bumpers....

That's an excellent point. However, I could care less if it is cast. If it looks like that, I will buy it, milled or not milled. I would love to see a modern day dalehead at a sub 300 price point, even if it meant casting it.

It's a Method smooth pistol type grip +4 wraps, identical to Rory's setup. Head weight is 357g and 34" to the end of the grip.

I would love to see Nike introduce a face balanced milled blade putter. Really love the roll nike puts on the putters but nothing really works for me with what they currently offer.
