New Nike Method "Mod" putters?

Is it just me,or do they look to have a high toe on them? Sort of like the Scotty models do?

The GoLo thing could have been cool if it wasn't cluttered with red paint and lines from the old Zebra putters.

I was hoping these would grow on me... but they haven't. They're just too fugly and I don't like the exaggerated shapes and very high toes and just everything.

Are the mallet putters in the right of the first picture that Carl Petterson has used for a while available for retail?

I saw all in person today except the 00. I did not really think they had a "high toe" look like they do in these pictures, they just all have a "rocker" sole. I really like the 60, even better than the original 03. The lines on all the putters are very clean and crisp. The 30 is very nice but I would like the bumpers to be a little softer. The grip feels good but not great. Very much like a winn grip. My comment was better keep the plastic on them until they sell. I did not ask about the weights, but I'd be shocked if they were adjustable. Much like the "weight" in the covert tour, I think its just there for looks and not customization. The 90 I really wanted to like but it just didn't do it for me. The only negative comment about it is the length from heel to toe. It is about 3/4 to 1 inch greater than an old school bullseye putter. I really wanted to see the 00 so was very disappointed when I didn't get to see it. If I were to order now, it would be the 60, but it would just sit in the office right now. Midnight 006 and 008 would be gamed before it.

Woh. Does Nike's club department challenge themselves every year and say, "We are good enough to sell the ugliest putters to the public. Aren't we?"

With Nike's resources they should be producing putters like Taylormade or Yes! With so many companies and designers out there, why don't they buy a putter company. They've done it in every other sports category they've entered.

I can honestly count a handful of people that I have played with that used Nike putters. I wonder if Nike has ever turned a profit on putters.

Everybody simply copies previous putter lines by Ping, Cameron, etc...but Nike even manages to mess this up with what appears to be an EXTREMELY high toe and heel!

All of them. I give them credit for actually trying something different, but to me those are all really ugly. Maybe I'm just a bit too traditional in my tastes.

It's kind of a damned if you do, damned if you don't situation. Just updates all your existing shapes, and everyone calls for something different. Take a chance and everyone calls for the old head shapes back haha.

I do like the looks of that Method wrap Winn grip though.

I'm sorry but Nike completely missed the boat with all the MOD putters. What is the need for the exaggerated high toes on each model?

These look cheap and cartoonish...both of which I wouldn't want associated with a "premium milled putter".

Like so many others have stated previously, Nike just make a Rory 006 Proto and call it good!

Method Milled 11 isn't in the catalog, but maybe they're just teasing ya and will release it later!
