Or it could all be irony. . . . . apologies. I think Moore plays better with S55s than he would with G25s. He's a better ball striker than any of us. But there are many of us who ALSO play better with S55-type clubs than G25-type clubs. His superior striking ability is not relevant to whether others might also play better with S55s.

Newton and Einstein don't play golf-- so there you go.

Irons are more important than woods. Also, Plenty of players win with woods other than tmag.

TMAG seems to have many endorsed players with mixed bags. Stewart Cink had TM bag, hat, driver and fairway. Ping I 20's, Vokey's, a ProV1x and a Scotty to start the year. Just one of many

You're right, that's exactly what I meant I don't know why I put SL. When I was at PING I saw an old set of his-- and the guys said he always keeps those same specs with new PING irons. DG X100 Lite with PING 703 grips.

I really don't know, they might just pull the shafts from old sets and put them in new heads. Their WRX and Tour departments have shafts and grips that they don't offer on their normal custom sheet. All of our kids get Yellow New Decade Multicompound grips even though they aren't made available to the public-- and we're taking 100's of grips so they have more than just a few. They have an area of shafts that are basically there for certain players... like Bubba's driver shaft, etc.
