I actually don't like it all that much. Perhaps a little too receptive when a chop like me can do that. ha ha! Firm greens separate the men from the boys!

I agree with this one. I hit a 3 wood on 17 and it flew on the green and stuck in it's own divot. Plugged right into the green.

[/quote]Slick brag about flying 3 wood on to that green. Did I miss the memo that we'd be playing that hole from the forward tees?

I agree though. My drive on 8 hit just short of the green and pitched forward about 10 feet, and I hit it about eye level. Had a couple of 6 irons on the par 3's stay right where they were, even back up a bit. They must be afraid they'll lose the greens if they're keeping them so soft through this weather

I play from the reds. It is what matches my game the best. Trying to keep up with pace of play.

In all fairness, Blake just recently upgraded his 3 wood from the superfast 2.0 to the jet speed. It's taylormade so he picked up about 50 yards over the last few product cycles.

Very difficult to take these Big Hitters down, they destroy me on soft or asphalt greens, makes no difference.
