Wolfcreek is in Mesquite, 90 minutes from LV. Coyote Springs is 60 minutes away.

At the time of this post neither one is worth the time or money to go play as they are in horrible shape.

I had to cancel tomorrow, Cascata wouldn't give me the local rate. I can't fork out 475+ bucks after everything is said and done.

To take its place I will be playing Paiute "Wolf" and it will only cost drum roll 55 bucks.

Some of the guys I played my round with today said I should play it and then do a replay on one of the other courses that have.

I played The Legacy today and it was an ok course. That tee boxes needed a little work, mainly just needed to be mowed. The fairways and rough were in good shape. The greens horrible IMHO. super grainy, lots of ball marks, probably the slowest greens I have ever putted on, and to top it off they were hard.

I shot 91 but it felt like 101.

Shot a 85 from the Blacks. It started out sunny but by hole three the windy picked up and blew the rest of the round.

So I got out of class at 3 today. I decided to get a round in at Desert Pines. I got there at 415 and headed out on 10 because a high school group was on one. I played the first four holes in 15 minutes then ran into a group of eight. I was able to passed them and joined a twosome. The last four holes of the nine took about 55 minutes because the course was backed up. Once I got to the front it only took me 30 minutes to finish the round.

The only thing I took out of this round was I hit the ball great and that if you go to their wed site and look at the photos of the course, that's exactly how it looked to the eye tonight. The course was great. maintained very well. I love the fairways and greens. They also had some pretty nice looking forecaddies.

If I had one negative about the course it would be one of the par 3 tees boxes could use a little was. It was like a volcano, not level at all.

I might have to play a again just so I can get some pictures of my own and enjoy the round because it went by in a blur.

Off to play Stallion Mtn and Silverstone. Im trying to play TPC Vegas and one other course tomorrow.

New course added to the top 5.

I know these are going to be out of order.

First off, from entering to leaving was amazing.

I almost lost my mind when I stepped in the club house. Man that water was something else. I could have sat there all day.

You check in and then walk into the locker room where joe bag of doughnuts has his name on a locker. I felt like a Big timer for a minute.

After you drop to gear off in the looker you walk down the stairs along the water fall into what I would say resembles a castle dungeon. I met my Caddy Dave DB Byer. I got on the cart and the huge wood doors opened and the church quire started going. Man I was in another place all together.

Once you got to the range I smacked a couple balls. Best I hit all day. I then rolled a couple on the practice green. Up hill into the grain they were rolling at 11, down hill down grain the were rolling at 14

When I got to #1 I felt like I had never played golf because. Although I shot par on #1, I had a feeling a can't explain. The calm out there was unbearable. It was so quite I could hear my self think, NOT A GOOD THING when I play golf. I told Dave it was to quite.

I mean I had the course all to my self. The single before me was 4 holes ahead and the only time I seen another group was driving in between a hole later in the round.

I only saw a couple of maintenance guys. Made my caddy laugh because one had a blower and I told him to crank it up. "really" Heck yeah!!! Proceed to hit a great shot. Any ways off the soap box

If you ever get to Vegas and you have the chance to play Cascata, its a must. I have nothing bad to say about the course, people, club house. Well made the score card but that wasn't their fault. I shot 86 while playing back tees and should have been playing middle tees.

Thanks for posting all the photos. I have a group that will be out there in early June looking to play twice. Probably do one of the Pauite courses and TPC Las Vegas.

Not a problem just wish I had a better camera then my phone. Anyways the two you listed will not let you down.
