The clubs look nice and the engraving is excellent.

But to ruin such well crafted, long hosel, forged clubs with 1/2" black ferrules is sad. No smooth transition from the hosel to the shaft. It makes them look cheaper and unfinished. Or that they were assembled without regard for lines and looks.

A well turned 1" ferrule when a few rings would look much classier on those clubs.

Those appear to be very much made for the pga show clubs to show what they can do and the craftsmanship . The clubs that you purchase to game look nothing like that . Ie Scotty Cameron garage series or the Cameron select series. I'm very happy with my 4 edel wedges and putter and am looking into the edel blades in this thread

Those are amazing! They serve ZERO practical purpose, but they look fantastic. To think, I was pissed when I hit a rock out of the sand wih my MD2. I think I would barf if I marred one of those wedges like that. The black blades are beautiful as well. I like how they showcase simple elegance and exotic chic.

With exception of their engraved wedges (which look like they came from a house of wh###s in Tijuana) I like what they have to offer. The flat black irons are remarkable.

If Yngwie Malmsteen played golf, he would probably have a full bag of Edel engraved clubs..On another note, those holes instead of grooves on the faces, is there any benefit or is it just for show?

Someone was wondering how much the Engraved wedges would be, I see there is one on ebay for $499.99 and I imagine he didnt pay all that much less then what he is selling it for because they regular forged models start at $300+

That's actually incorrect. The dot face design has been shown to generate higher spin rate on Trackman. They are available in the forged heads. But, I was told you have to be on top of cleaning them regularly or it will be difficult to get the dirt out of the holes.

Has anyone actually gamed these for a significant period of time? I am curious as to how the dots really work in comparison to the traditional grooves? Do they add the extra 500 spin as I have heard?
