I'm sure you could order one with the SS grip.

So many Tanks and so little time!! They all rolled great would be a tough choice to decide on just one!! Pretty neat to get to try them and then ask Roger Cleveland to move out of your putting line. LOL!

I am just amazed that Callaway had all of their leaders out talking about their clubs they design to us hackers. Highlight was finally meeting Harry!!

From the article on the homepage:

Odyssey also unveiled its “Tank Cruiser” putters, which have removable weights in the sole and grip of the putters to allow golfers to fine tune swing weight and total weight. The putters are available in the four models: #1, #7, 330M and 2-Ball in 35- and 38-inch lengths. They’ll sell for $249 each when they hit stores on April 1.

The Metal-X Milled putters will hit stores on Jan. 17 in six model. The #1, #6, #9HT and 330 Mallet will cost $299, while the #7 and Rossie, which have aluminum sole plates, will cost $349.

Couple quick questions, hope someone has the info:

1. Any idea on head weight or range for Tank 330m? (ie 350g-370g with diff weights)
2. Does anyone know which grip weights come with it (looks like there's a 15g in there, is there another included?)
3. Can you get it with black shaft?
4. Is it the same insert as the white Hot Pro?
5. Any pics of the head cover for the tank 330m?
6. When can you get this putter?

Cheers

Here is the post from that thread:

Tank Cruiser
At retail: April 1
Models: #1 (wide shape w crank hosel, I saw someone got mad that's called it a crank hosel aka plumber, aka Anser, aka Newport, but that's what Odyssey has been calling it for 20+ years, so I'm going to be consistent), #7, 330 mallet, V-Line...#1 and #7 available in LH
Head weight is stock 375 and adjustable to 365 and 385
Stock counterbalance weight is 15 grams and adjusts down to 5 or up to 30 grams
Stock grip and only grip offering is a new Odyssey/Superstroke collaboration that has a hole in the back end of it so you can access the weight. It'll be the only grip available although if you wanted a different grip you could install one and cut a hole in the back end if desired. The grip is 110 grams.
The weight kit with all the weights comes with it.
White Hot Pro insert (same as in Versa and original Tank)
Price : $250

Tank Cruiser was born out of feedback from the PGA Tour. Everyone liked a slightly different head and counterbalance weight when we brought the original Tank out. The original Tank (at 400ga and with set CB weighting) was extremely well excepted in Asia, Europe (#1 model in play the Open this past year) and on the LPGA. Some of the PGA guys thought it was a little too heavy for the speed of the greens that they play on day in, day out. Once you dial in your head feel and then your counterbalance feel, I can almost guarantee you'll improve your path and tempo consistency. That's really what this putter is all about.

Still no word on black shaft or headcover... but I think I will get one regardless. Seems like a great value for the price.

Thanks Odyssey! Congrats on the great line up for 2014!

I think the tank model is the only line they will not offer black shafts.

I know everyone is crazy about the MXM line, and rightfully so, but I am most excited about the Versa SaberTooth putters to be honest. I have always LOVED that putter, and could never get used to the looks of the Versa line, but rolled one of them at the show... Just stupid easy to use. Trying to decide which color way to go with now, WBW or BWB.
