Drives are going too high!! Help!!

Here's a little background on my swing:

SS: 105-108 mpg

Launch Angle: 16

Spin: 4000

 

My questions is that I am launching the ball way too high - it doesn't balloon, but just feels like it goes straight up. I carry the ball around 255-260, but I feel like I could get much better distance if I could flatten the trajectory some. I also tend to hit under the ball rather than hitting it thin. am I swinging it too steep from the top? if so, any drills or swing thoughts to flatten it out? Thanks in advance!!

A drill that helped me was to place another tee about 6" in front of my ball position and work on striking both tees. It helped flatten out my swing, get my weight to the left, and lowered the trajectory more consistent with the driver loft.

Check your wrist angle at the top of the swing and at impact. If it is cupped at either point you could be adding loft and opening the face. You spin rates look a little higher than optimim also. Check with a fitter to make sure you have the driver that will compliment your swing
