Shot Tracking Not Working

Updated to 4.0 and Scoring option and that works fine. But the Shot Tracking option when enabled does not work. Gives error message and no club selection appears. Called support and was told they are looking into this issue so it's not just me. My question is, does it work for anybody at present?

I have the same issue on mine. Error message says there are no clubs to choose from.

I have an e-mail in to upro support.

I was told the software does work (beta units did) but for some reason either it didn't make it in the download software package or doesn't get transferred to the Upro correctly. Not sure I would use it anyway, but I would just like to know it works. I like the scoring feature, played yesterday with two other people and kept all scores and it was quick and simple to use which I think is the best approach.

I got the same error message when I fiddled with my unit inside my house. When I went outside and let the unit lock into a satellite, the feature became enabled.

Tried that but no luck. So you are saying that when you press the Mark button you get a club selection menu? I'm assuming your yardage shows 999 unless you live on or near a course?

I upgraded mine yesterday (after a lot of grief and 5 tries!) and although I haven't been out on the course, if I use the preview mode, I can get the menu to pop up when I press the mark button on any of the courses I select.

My current biggest issue is, I have 64 bit Windows 7 and can not get the courses to sync. Windows can never seem to find the UPRO. I finally managed to get everything to sync when I took the micro SD card out and put it directly into my computer. i could then sync to it.

Upro has the shot tracking fixed as of sometime this weekend. Just resync your device and it works. Can't speak to Win7 since I'm sticking with my good old XP Pro for now. Good luck though.

It works with Win 7 as well.

You need to resync your device and it will work. I got same error message when I updated my device first time. You need to resync again and it will solve the problem.

It works with Win 7 as well.

You need to resync your device and it will work. I got same error message when I updated my device first time. You need to resync again and it will solve the problem.

Thanks for the tip on re-synching. Also, I've had no problems running Windows 7 64-bit (home premium). But, I use either Firefox or Chrome, maybe your web browser is the problem?
