Looking for some help!

Well, I made some minor changes to my swing, which I know still needs some work, so I was hoping I could get some constructive criticism from you all. My irons aren't horrible, but I still struggle with consistency. With my driver, lately, I've had some major trouble with slices. I've tried using a stronger grip, and lowering my right shoulder, but it' just doesn't seem to be consistent at all, and I can't really know what to do.

First off GO BUCKS! I can't wait for Miller time this Saturday.

 

 

Looking at the first video (7 iron DTL), the first thing I noticed was how at the top of your backswing you pass way past the line parallel to your target line.

This is a picture of your backswing with your clubline and your target line (toe line) as a reference. This would be somewhat acceptable, but look at this next one to see where you finish your backswing. A lot of people try to hit the piss out of the ball by winding up and attacking the ball with the longest backswing possible (a la John Daly). Instead, focus on making solid contact. 1. It'll produce a better shot and 2. the ball will actually go longer with good contact.

The second video (7 iron front) is showing a lot of head swing. Check out the picture I attached. You'll note the line a drew which is the left side of your head in relation the the ball position. Front address to the end of your backswing I'd saw your head moved a good 6-12 inches. If you watch any of the pros, they have little to no head movement, everything just moves around their head. ) and note how it looks like everything is just rotation around his head.
