orange foam and a dream
So I was bargain hunting for the usual nonsense at marshalls last weekend when I happened upon a set of callaway practice balls (clearance for $5)

http://www.golfsmith.com/products/292468

they're foam rubber. a nice shade of orange. kinda similar, but brighter than the orange on my new i10s. So, I bought them and set up an impromptu driving range in my garage. I must tell you, it's a lot of fun. It's a convenient way to find tempo without driving to the range.

since I have a one-month-old in the house now, I need all the convenience I can get.

I highly recommend them to anyone starved for time.

anybody else used them?

I paid more than $5 but still well worth it. They are excellent for indoor use in the winter and as you say just to have in the back yard/garage.

We use a similar ball at the house which is yellow w/ dimples.

Highlights all bends, pushes and tugs... great tool!

At $5.00 you should go back and buy more for yourself and friends. Makes a great gift!

Yes, they are quite sweet. I love hitting them, I just wish I could hit other golf balls like I hit these.
