Need help Lifting the head at the top of the backswing (Thus loosing spine angle)

Hi,

 

 

This is the video I took couple days ago.

From this video, I can tell that :

 

1. My backswing is too flat (I am working on making the club goes more up instead of the sideway);

2. over-swing/over rotating (both my shoulder and the hip, also my right knee is loosing the flex to some degree)

3. Loosing spine angle at the top of the backswing by lifting the head up and loosing the tush line at the top. (sort of standing up move.)

 

I believe that these problems making it bad position to hit down on the ball effectively.

If someone had experienced similar problems in the past and fixed it; or you know how to fix these problems please share your experience or wisdom with me.

Also, if you find any other problems in my swing (I assume there are tons of problems) please let me know.

[color=#282828]1. backswing & downswing all follow the plane of club (green line) nicely. i see no issue. hands follow their plane nicely too.[/color]
[color=#282828]2.from your camera angle it only looks like u go up in shoulder/head area, but u really dont. its more of a stack n tilt towards target. shoulder and head follow lines drawn. Overswing is due to fastpace you are using. in my opinion u use a 1 to 1 rhythm, change it to a 2 to 1 and it might slow down your overswing. (ie. 2 secs for backswing then fire down)[/color]
[color=#282828]3. spine and tush follow lines drawn okay for most part. again head isnt going up from this angle. maybe load a front view to be sure.[/color]
4. maybe a conscious attempt at keeping the right elbow lower or more tucked might help, on the backswing
