saw my swing on video and swing analyzer, need help really badly

also a question on launch monitor numbers
had a chance to use a swing analyzer and video for the first time since i started playing again last year after a 5 year lay-off. this is what i saw:

the swing looks quite good up to a certain point. the backswing is a little too long and the shaft crosses the plane on top, but not too badly. then i start the downswing quite well with a slight hip bump and begin the turn with the left hip, the club comes back on a slightly flatter plane than in the backswing and everything still looks quite ok until my hands cross the height of my belt (left hip is pointing about 10-15 degrees left of target at that point, which is better than everything i did, when i first started). but at that point i just stop the hip turn. don't know, how this is even physically possible, but i do. the right leg straightens almost completely at that point, no more knee flex at all, and my arms take over. once the clubhead reaches the ball, the hips start turning again and everything goes into a finish that looks quite good again. but through the impact zone, only my arms do all the work. it looks like i don't trust my body turn to be able to bring the clubface back to the ball. really very strange.
club head path at impact was between 1 degree in to out and 3 degrees out to in, which again is better than the pronounced out to in swing i once had. clubface is closed 1 to 2 degrees most of the time. so i hit the ball fairly straight and reasonably well, but this stopping of the full body turn must cost me a great amount of clubhead speed.
what can i do to get rid of this?

i would like to post a video (no, in fact i wouldn't like that, because it is so weird :man_in_love: ), but i couldn't save it and take it with me today. so please don't give me the "this topic is worthless" sign. i tried to describe it as best as i could.

second question:
i also had real launch monitor numbers for the first time today, and i do not really know what to make of them.
10 shots with driver (cobra hs 9 x). avg clubhead speed 94,3 mph, avg ball speed 138,1 mph, avg launch angle 12.8, avg spin rate 2.700.
what does that mean?

i know, it's long, so thank you, everybody who takes the trouble reading it and provides some suggestions.

I see a gap. There definitely is a gap.

I'm not going to try to give any swing advice. :man_in_love: For the driver #'s... you'd get more out of higher lofted head and a softer shaft if you have a stiff. Spin rate is not bad and you could go more without losing distance. The launch could go up to a 15* and gain 10yds. carry easy. See if you can grab a 10.5* with an R flex to demo on the monitor, I'll bet it's longer.

This might help to play around with. http://www.sonicboomgolf.com/distanceoptim...ondashboard.swf

I'm looking for the 1.5 smash factor now. I'm launching at 13.8* with a 107mph. SS avg. I'm going to get some spin #'s next week and decide on a shaft.

No problem. As to the swing, I reread it... This might sound a little a stupid but have you seen the infomercial for the "Momentus Power Hitter"? Not that I'm suggesting you get one but the way they show the guys swinging in that commercial is a good visual for me. When I take the driver back low, slow and wide, let it just drop into the slot and then let it rip, my SS goes up astronomically. I spent 10 minutes on a SS radar and went from 105 all the way up to 113 by "swinging slower". It just truly amazed me as I was trying to swing a lot harder at 105. When I hit 108-109 it was like hitting an 80% smooth 7iron feeling.

thanks again. i hadn't seen the infomercial , but i took a look at the homepage and the video. interesting.
i thought about getting some sort of training aid, especially that double hinged "medicus". problem right now is: i can visualize a good swing as much as i want to, and can go through all the positions in slo-mo, but my body simply doesn't do it, when i swing with a ball in front of me.
lower body and upper body just don't work together like they should.

I see a gap. There definitely is a gap.

Early in hand photos of the new GT2 models t the truck.  As soon as they show up on the range in player's bags we'll get some better from the top photos and hopefully some comparison photos against the last model.
