Adams Matrix Ozik shaft

We'll I have been happy with my Nickent Supermag w/ Prolaunch Blue, I hit it farther and more consistently than anything I've ever gamed. However, I have 4dx tour spec sitting in the garage with a V2 shaft that is too stiff for my smooth swing. I saw an Adams Matrix Ozik pull for sale at a good price and thought it would be fun to start experimenting again. The shaft is the 60-R, I have a pretty smooth tempo and swing in the 96-98 mph range. Anybody, ever try this combination? I'm hoping to take advantage of the low spin head in the 4DX but get a mid launch trajectory out of the shaft. I currently get great carry out of my supermag but almost no roll out. I hate that I keep carrying it past my buddies but they still out drive me due to all the roll they get.

I'm going to say the shaft is too soft for your swing speed. I have an Adams Matrix pull in a 4DX CYG head and I tipped it a 1/4 inch and it still feel very loose. My swing speed is just a bit faster than yours but with a quick tempo.

I might think it too soft for your ss as well. I have the Adams speedline with the ozik in a stiff, and my swing speed is around 100. I have never felt that it was too stiff.

Well, I hope not, I play a reg prolaunch blue currently and I don't have any problems with it. I have read that the matrix ozik shafts are a little softer to flex than most, but the 4dx head is really light so i'm hoping the light head will keep the shaft from flexing too much. I could be way off, but we'll see what happens. Thanks for your input.
