New guy from Florida, but soon to be TX and NC

Hey everyone, longtime lurker here.

 

I've been playing since I was about 8 years old, but only really got serious about my game about 4 years ago. I've just recently started playing semi-regularly after on-again-off-again spurts over the last 3 years thanks to training and military flight school. For the past 3 years I averaged about around 10 rounds a year, now that I've gotten through Primary in flight school, I can play a little more often, usually at least twice a month. Recently started keeping track of my handicap and am playing to about a 14, with best rounds so far being a couple of quick 9-holes shot +2 and a recent full 18 that I shot +8. Never been fitted for anything, but the GG simulator I used to go to listed my avg swing speed being from between 105 to a high of around 120mph. Looking forward to becoming a productive member here.

 

Here's what I've got in my bag- I'd appreciate any comments or suggestions you guys have on its setup or possible improvements I can make, or let me know and I'll make it separate in the WITB section.

 

Driver: Titleist 905T 8.5* w/ I believe was stock Speeder S shaft (Avg around 270-280, longest on record 335, misses are normally ballooning to 240 either direction)

 

Fairway: Titleist 909F3 18* with Proto By-You 80-S (Avg around 240-250, longest on record 270 off the deck; very reliable)

 

Hybrid: Golfworks Component head 20* ( Avg around 220-240yds, not very consistent with it anymore)

 

Mizuno Mx-23 with DGSL S300 (very happy with these, though my swing has started 'clicking' recently improving my ballstriking and yardages have increased 10-20yds from those listed... haven't worked out new yardages yet. Ball flight is normally a baby draw with misses becoming stronger draws or occasional pushes to the right. And just about anybody I play with says I hit the ball higher than anybody they've seen, possibly ballooning?)
