iron, hybrid/FW and driver shafts relationship?

What's the relationship between iron, hybrid FW and driver?

Currently I'm using the R7 757(S) , NP99(nv 75 RS), rescue mid(nv hybrid 85S) and Z101(DG S300). But I kind of feel the hybrid and FW shaft are kind of weak and light and make my game not consistent.

So my question is how do we choise the hybrid/FW shaft? So they will

match the driver and irons? Or the swing weight is the issue?

Any suggestions will be appreciate.

Well you've get a heavier shaft in your driver than your 3 wood. If you like the feel of your driver the 3 wood probably needs an NV85 and then try the NV105 hybrid shaft in your hybrid this way you have a steady weight increase in shafts to keep an even swing weight through your bag.

Any suggestion for good FW shaft could match the 757?

With regards to my hybrid (TM Rescue Dual TP 19*) I have DGS300 installed which matches my DGS300 in my MP-60s. I hit my hybrid more like an iron and therefore chose a steelshaft.

Do people prefer steel or graphite shaft in their hybrids?

Depends which one I guess for me. I like steel in my 22° rescue mid because it replaces my 3 and 4 iron and I want it to play like them so it's got the same shaft. I have a 17° hogan that I might put a graphite shaft in to make it more like a driving iron. So the answer is both depending on the club.
