Golf Trip Ft Lauderdale - Feb 21-26th

Hey there fellow golfers.

 

There are 3 of us snowbirds traveling from Canada down to Ft Lauderdale Area. (Feb 21-26th )

 

We are all avid die hard golfers in the age range of 30-35.

Our season ends around November.... so we are going to be a little rusty but none the less very excited to get playing.

All of us play tournament golf and play in the (0-2 handicap range mid season)

 

 

 

We have been researching what courses we are likely going to play. Just looking if anyone has some relevant information on the courses in the area now ( playing conditions etc)

I know from reading the posts and reviews online, course conditions vary year to year.

 

From what we have gathered as possible courses to play.

 

TPC eagle trace.

Plantation Preserve

Jacaranda west

The Diplomat

Herron bay

Club at emerald Hills

The woodlands, east and west

 

 

We are also thinking of possibility playing a round or 2 at a high end course like Trump National Doral.

If we can find a deal.... Not really looking at paying 450 for a round but all of us would be willing to pay 250 etc.

 

 

Anyone have any input for course recommendations etc.

Also if anyone is interested maybe filling out the foursome, or interested inviting us to there private course.. we would probably take you up on the offer :taunt:

I'll be in the area 2 weeks after you guys and am looking for the same type of information. Staying in Pompano beach with the inlaws from Mon-Fri...Trying to sneak in a round (hopefully 2). Any information would be great!
