getting MD 21" but which shaft?

Irod or Banjai?

title says it all. getting MD 21" to possibly replace my 3 iron. already have 17" and just loving it. it's the only club between my driver and 3 iron. I hit 3 iron pretty good on a T, but not as nearly good on fairways... so, decided to add one more hybrid.

what your experience on those shaft on 21"? :drinks:

btw, my 3 iron distance off T is about 195. and my 17" with stiff Irod sends a ball about 225~230 yards.

If you like the Irod in your 17° then I would get the irod.

 

I have heard good things about the banzai, but I wouldn't want to buy one without hitting it first. Especially if you already know the irod works good in your other club.

I currently play two MD's, 17* and 21* -- Aldila NVS-85 Hybrids in both.

For me, that particular shaft (NVS) is a great match for that club (MD).
