I Got this From A VERY Reliable Guy from here I Asked Him the same thing.. He said Theres No Special Stamps The only Way to Notice is the Milling on the Face.. its Different from the OTR Version

This one 'may' have been mine too a few years back...def looks like it and guaranteed tour issue.

No, not always. I had a tour issued M3 and it had an up and down diagnal milled face, but it didn't have any of the sight lines that the retail had.

I also have a tour issued M1, and it's void of the stamping on the bottom, other than PROTOTYPE, and has a huge red RST dot on the bottom.

My tour M2 has horizontal milling, but it also has an insert milled into the face too.

So there really isn't many ways to tell, other than stamping and little quirks. The numbers on the bottom trace the putter in their system as well.

I hate to break it to you, but in my experience a large portion of the m2's made in '07 have this horizontal milling. Some of the early SB1's had it too. I've seen it off and on in other runs, Private Reserve and otherwise. It's definitely not tour only. In fact, aside from prototypes, I seriously doubt there would be any difference between a "tour" SeeMore and a OTR SeeMore. They're pretty much all hand made in Franklin. I hope I'm not breaking any rules by posting this, but it's the facts.

I recommend the seller call SeeMore with the serial and get a straight story. They will do everything they can to get you everything they know about the putter.
