HELP!!!! My Upro GO won't power up

What the hell??? Everything was going fine until this morning. MY UPRO GO WON'T POWER UP!!!! what's going on here? Has anybody had this problem before? I've tried everything, from taking out the battery and putting it back on, to charging it again (even though it's been charged) and still when i press the power button for 3 seconds, a white screen pops out for 1 second and then nothing.

 

This sucks.... i will call customer service to see what they can do.

did you try holding the power button down longer? i find the side buttons a bit stiff, and i never really know when I've pushed it down and made good contact, so I usually hold it down until the screen comes on.

I did hold the power button and nothing. I just spoke to the customer service dept and we did some tests and still nothing. He suggested that it must be the battery. He told me to bring it back to the place where i bought it from and just swap it with a new unit. I could have sent them my unit back, but he said that swapping it at my proshop was the fastest way to do it.

I also asked him about the what will happen to the $49 that i've paid for the GoMode and he said to call back when i get a new unit and they can credit it back to my new account.

Well i'm happy to say that i did all that today and i am again a happy customer. Everything is working again and can't wait to go out and play....

Kudos to Callaway for a great customer service department, no hassell.
