Several Iron Sets

Time to clear out some stuff, AGAIN!

Before we get to the descriptions and photos, I need to first be clear that there is little chance I will be able to ship any of this stuff before the 5^th of July. I'm not saying that I won't try, but I have a number of work projects that must be completed before the weekend, and they must take precedent.

My main purpose (aside from cleaning up around here) is to raise funds for a new set of Titleist 712 MB's when they're released, so my trade interest is extremely limited right now. I might consider trade offers for good quality blades in great condition, but I'd really rather facilitate the sale of these iron sets.

Terms:

2.) Continental US shipping only; I apologize to my International friends but international shipping seems too daunting for the prices I'm asking;

4.) Item remains listed until payment has cleared; I will tag items which are "pending payment".

5.) All prices are negotiable, but I've done a fair amount of research on the popular online auction site and I've priced these based on recently completed auctions which resulted in a successful sale. Taking these to the market of consumers on that site is an option, but I'd rather sell them here, so PLEASE keep that in mind when making offers.

First up is a FULL SET of Ping Zing Beryllium Copper irons, 1-LW, all serial numbers match. Built in 1993. They are in very good condition, but someone painted them as red dots – THEY ARE NOT! They are brown dots (3 degrees flat from standard, built as such), and I have had the lie angles verified. I also called Ping on these, and they will bend the entire set up to 2 degrees for $18, if you sign their waiver. The gentleman I spoke with obviously wouldn't guarantee that they would not break, but did say that considering their manufacture date, he felt pretty confident they would not damage them IF THEY ARE TO BEND THEM UPRIGHT FROM THEIR CURRENT LIE ANGLES (they seem to have less success if bending them flatter). For what it's worth, I've had several sets of BeCu irons bent by Ping and have never had one break. These are standard length (37¼-inch six iron) but I toyed around with the 7-iron length when I put a grip on it; it is ¼ inch short at 36½ inches. An extension can easily be added to restore the length. The shafts are the original Novus CFP 57's, and are stiff flex. All the grips except the one on the 7-iron are the original Ping Dyla-Grips. The serial number on all the clubs is 411681K.

Next is a 3-PW set of Cleveland TA-7 Tour irons. I know very little about them, except when I bought them, they did not include the 6-iron. I knew I had a demo 6-iron tucked away somewhere, and I've included it herein. The 6-iron is standard length, loft, and lie, but the remaining clubs are long (38 inch seven iron) and I have no idea what the loft or lie angles are. They all have Cleveland-branded Dynamic Gold S300 shafts in them. All but the 6-iron have new Lamkin Crossline grips on them.

Next is a 3-PW set of Mizuno MP-30's, standard length with a 37¼ inch six iron. Lie angles on the 5-PW are 2 degrees upright and standard on the 3 and 4 irons (as far as I know – I've never touched the 3 or 4 irons). They have Dynamic Gold S300 shafts and Mitsubishi Rayon-branded Lamkin Crossline grips in very good condition.

Last are the Ping Anser's, 3-PW. They have been used sparingly and are in fantastic shape. They were built as Orange dots, but have been bent to 1 degree upright of standard. They feature Project X shafts in 5.0 flex, and are ½ inch long of standard length (37¾ inch six iron). The lofts are standard. Grips are Ping ID8's, Aqua color code (slightly undersized).
