good one day, terrible the next- best sport in the world

shot a 69 yesterday, followed it up with a 82 today- you gotta love the sport that can do this to you. Hero to zero, thinking about turning pro then wondering if you will ever hit another pure 3 iron for the rest of your life. Whats the biggest fluctuations you guys/girls have had in the space of one day? And lets share in the pain that we have all felt.

I know mine isnt all too extreme but i've had a round consisting of 40-34

 

this guy i caddied for today went 36-50 and didnt seem to happy afterwards

I shot 96 one day and 75 the next. Thankfully the 75 was a big tourney and I finished T3.

Happened to me more times than I can count. LOL Was playing in a tounment on post earlier this year. 3 round tournment. Shot 67, 69, 85

 

Still don't know where the heck that score came from. Still embarrassed to this day. LOL Still get ribbed about it (cool)

 

You gotta love the game :cheesy::);):);)

How you come you only post your nine hole scores? What did you shoot on the back 9 of each of those days?

I played in a regional amateur tourney. 4 rounds, a cut after the first two. I rolled in a 25ft putt for 89 ;) on the first day. The 2nd day I shot 40 on my first 9 holes then came home with 5 birdies and a double :cheesy: on the back nine for 33, which included a tv camera watchin me stick my approach to 5 feet on my last hole and make the birdie putt.

Just had the same thing happen to me, shot 79 yesterday and 88 today. Same golf course, same set of tees. Gotta love this game.

Wednesday 102 (played tour 18 in dallas...c'mon)

Saturday 92 (I think I'm going to have a heart attack)

Today 88 (still way high for no reason)

 

I couldn't hit an iron to save my life today. Every short iron I had I bladed into the green. Luckily it was windy.
