Season's greeting everyone! I hope that you are all enjoying the days leading up to Christmas.. only six more shopping days! I have to say that it feels a lot more like golfing weather than it does the middle of December here in the Niagara area. There is no snow on the ground and temperatures have been quite mild as of late. Hopefully a great sign of things to come in early spring!

I have some great news! I can now tell you that my playing sponsorship is in place and now official for the upcoming year! I have signed a potentially long term sponsorship agreement with AEJ Peaks Ltd. Visit my website for details and company information about AEJ Peaks Ltd. as it becomes available. With this in place, I now have the opportunity to set up my own schedule and purely 'make it happen'! As I have mentioned in earlier posts, it becomes increasingly difficult for any professional golfer to make it on the world scene without the proper support system in place. I feel incredibly fortunate and very deserving at the same time. I have worked hard year after year and made the business of golf and playing professional golf my life for a long time. This is the opportunity I have been waiting for and it could not come at a better time. I am more ready than I have ever been and can't wait to get the season started and turn my dreams into reality!

Over the next few weeks I will be getting in touch with various equipment and clothing manufacturers to establish sponsorships and relationships that hopefully will lead into the future. I am currently playing mainly Taylor Made equipment as I was a staff player at the Grand Niagara Resort in '06. I now am seeking out different companies and will share details with you as they become available. The difficulty here lies in the fact that my status on a professional tour of Canadian Tour caliber or higher at this point is uncertain. Equipment sponsorships for players on the Nationwide Tour or a higher level tour are fairly easy to come by. For the rest of us, there requires a little more effort and some effective networking!

This is my last post until the season starts up in January. I would like to take this opportunity to wish everyone a fantastic holiday season and a very Merry Christmas.
