Speeder 757 tipping

I am a long time lurker on the site and am interested in thoughts about the Speeder 757 (white) compared to the older Speeder 7.2/.3 TS shafts. I currently have a TM SLDR 460 10.5* head with a white Speeder 757 x-flex that has been tipped 1", and really like the stiffness of the set-up. I have attached some small launch monitor #s. I am going to build a new driver for this year and am curious on the 7.2/.3 TS shafts. I wonder if I am truly loading the shaft and getting the most out of it, or if going to a stiff flex might give me more kick through the ball. I have an aggressive transition at the top. Would you recommend a 7.2 TS vs 7.3 TS, and with my SS #s would a 7.2/7.3 TS x flex play similarly to the 757 x flex?

Welcome to the site...although the shafts you have mentioned are way above my

personal swing specs , I have worked with others that do share your swing ....

 

The white 757 Speeder plays softer and launches a bit higher than the 7.2 / 7.3

TS Speeders. The 7.3 untipped , will play very close to the 757 tipped 1".

The 7.2 is a boardier feeling shaft that is a fair bit stiffer in the handle and is preferred by by the "double loaders" , (hard transition , late release)
