Tourstage X-Blade 709CB

Hi everyone,

I've been looking around the web for more information on the 709CB

( http://www.tourstage.com/tourstageX/club/products_xblade709cb.html) but haven't been able to find much reviews. Do any of you use this and how do them compare to Mizunos MP54, AP2 714s or Miura PPs in terms of feel and forgiveness?

These will play more like MP 64 or Z-STAR 2. You should look at J40 irons if you are interested in these.

You do realize that the J40 is just Tourstage's X-Blade 705 (?) from 3-4 years ago, right? The new TS stuff is better than the J40. I've got the 709 MC, MB, and a few of the CB's in longer irons. These are WAY underrated.

You do realize that the J40 is just Tourstage's X-Blade 705 (?) from 3-4 years ago, right? The new TS stuff is better than the J40. I've got the 709 MC, MB, and a few of the CB's in longer irons. These are WAY underrated.

Right, but why should he look at a several-year-old design as opposed to the new one he asked about?

Right, but why should he look at a several-year-old design as opposed to the new one he asked about?
[/quote] difference in price for one. And from my own experiences with both models, the differences are minimal with the 709 flying a bit higher

Oh, OK. I'll go with that. They are pretty similar.
