help on swing to hit draw

I always hit a fade/cut would like to learn to hit a baby draw this is just a quick video any insight to help with baby draw appreciated

That's some launch numbers I had been hitting a while to get lie on irons tested. One swing not on monitor I got it up to 109 but nothing close after that.video isn't long but that's what Mr ennis asked for so that's all I have

You come OTT a good amount. You suck the club inside on the takeaway and adjust by coming OTT on the downswing which leads to your fades and pulls. A baby draw is gonna be tough without some big adjustments.
